Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customers on a day-to-day basis, resolving business-related issues, and delivering sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Manage key customers to resolve business-related issues, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Profit Targets: Deliver and develop sales and profit targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Business Planning: Conduct business planning and analysis of category trends, competitors, and customer profiles to identify new business opportunities.
  • Project Management: Coordinate materials necessary for future business plans and assess risks foreseen.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain) to realize business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder, preferably in business or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Key Account management.
  • Skills: Strong project management experience, solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, able to work in a team-oriented but stressful environment.
