About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing robust Go-To-Market strategies for our brands, driving consumption and sales growth through strong sales fundamentals and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate sales strategies to achieve annual sales plans, sales volume, and gross-to-net targets.
  • Develop and execute Independent Drug Stores Go-To-Market strategies, driving effective store segmentation to maximize business ROI.
  • Continuously drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities.
  • Lead a team to maintain good customer partnerships, implementing best-in-class category management principles and delivering outperformed market results.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the channel vision and strategy, leading the team to drive in-store excellence in all aspects.
  • Ensure team KPIs are properly coordinated and executed, with ongoing review of team performance for improvement.
  • Proactively explore new channel business opportunities to maximize potential new coverage.
  • Responsible for building an accurate forecast for customers based on growth opportunities and promotions.
  • Establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance, etc. to deliver business objectives.
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence. Market intelligence to understand the competitive landscape and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years' sales experience in Key Account Management.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Preferred Qualifications
  • General Trade Experience in personal care, oral, skin, and/or nutrition categories preferred but not mandatory.
