About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our Partnerships team in Hong Kong. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners, with the goal of driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch, through market research and cold calling, to leverage maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand the needs of our clients and present appropriate solutions to help grow their businesses.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform our business decisions.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You should have:

At least 5 years' experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) function, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.A structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organization skills.A passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.Business fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
