Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Team Lead to join our team at foodpanda. As a key member of our sales and key account management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and key account performance.
  • Lead the sales and key account management team to deliver business objectives through coaching, training, and team development.
  • Work closely with top vendors to grow and maximize their business on the foodpanda platform.
  • Identify and provide insightful market trends and competitor updates to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the foodpanda platform and champion its business objectives.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales, commercial, and people management.
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods startups, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Solid capability in strategic thinking, performance management, and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Strong capability in building and executing strategy around revenue growth and key accounts performance.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Passionate, assertive, hands-on, dynamic, and with a strong drive.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Start-up mindset with a collaborative and entrepreneurial attitude.
