Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager at De'Longhi Group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key strategic customers. Your primary goal will be to achieve overall yearly budget targets and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain close partnerships with key strategic customers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Explore new business opportunities to sustain business growth in the long term, identifying potential partnerships and collaborations that align with De'Longhi Group's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales budget targets for all assigned channels and core categories.
  • Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing and Brand teams, to maximize brand visibility and in-store presence.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal brand listing and improve market share.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to develop channel marketing plans and build category stories to accelerate growth of key categories.

  • Strategic and strong customer planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong team work spirit, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.
