  7. Cultivate account growth of projects/revenues/scope of services and penetration into multiple business areas.
  8. Gain insight into the client's strategy and priorities for investment, growth, efficiency, expansion, and rightsizing.
  9. Establish strong personal credibility and relationships with key C-suite level client executives.
  10. IDentify and establish partnerships with potential technology and solution partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  11. Partner with the Sales Team in developing new business and opportunity progression.
  12. Enhance service delivery efficiency and performance on behalf of the client.
  13. Collaborate with the Group bid team, including partners, subcontractors to deliver solutions.
  14. Stay informed about future customer, industry, and IT trends, using this knowledge to develop innovative and effective solutions.
  15. Promote the performance of incremental business solutions.
  16. Lead contract negotiations and discussions.
