To achieve automation across multiple asset classes, buy-side and sell-side professionals strive to build strong and secure connections to Bloomberg. Our Enterprise Technology team designs, delivers, and supports firms wishing to outsource their connectivity and integration to Bloomberg.
We're seeking a skilled Financial Services Technical Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll maintain technological stability and mitigate financial risk for our clients across their Bloomberg solutions and workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues for our global client's production environments, examining the root cause and offering timely solutions.
You'll partner with Engineering and Product teams to design and implement future system and product changes, preventing production incidents and outages. Additionally, you'll work closely with Account Management in our electronic trading and regulatory businesses to provide proactive engagements with our client base.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your problem-solving skills, passion for delivering excellent service, and collaborative spirit to drive business success. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, supporting financial markets trading/connectivity solutions, and demonstrated expertise in FIX, Middleware (e.g., MQ), TCPIP, SFTP, Web APIs, Unix/Linux, Scripting (e.g., Perl, Python), Data Transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues for our global client's production environments.
- Prevent production incidents and outages by partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
- Provide proactive engagements with our client base.
