Enterprise Growth Strategist

As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you will be part of our early expansion team, focusing on expanding our business in Hong Kong and regional markets.
The team is currently lean and operates under a shared commission model.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target heavy industry sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with product innovation and customer needs.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive profitable growth and establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Ideal Requirements:
- Experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a startup or tech company; exposure to enterprise sales, security systems, or video analytics systems is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of the heavy industries sector and B2B enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to present confidently to large audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- A self-driven, fast learner with a clear sense of urgency.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a low ego who thrives in high-pressure environments.
- Comfortable engaging in social settings and business engagements.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
