Business Operations Assistant Manager

The successful candidate will provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to department heads and departments in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. This includes arranging meetings and appointments, preparing presentation materials, overseeing office maintenance, and assisting with staff engagement activities.
Minimum requirements for the role include a university degree, at least two years of relevant experience, and one year of experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business are preferred. Strong language ability in English and Chinese, strong communication skills, and excellent teamwork are also essential.
In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must obtain any required licenses if their job involves regulated activities.
