The primary aim of this position is to ensure the smooth daily functioning of retail outlets and counters in Macau. This includes overseeing all sales operations, managing inventory, processing purchase orders, calculating commissions, and executing promotions effectively. The role serves as a vital support function for the entire retail operations of Vita Green Group, ensuring timely and organized execution of tasks.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A diploma or higher in any field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the retail sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Familiarity with POS and ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience working in Macau is preferred
  • Macau-based candidates are encouraged to apply
