Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Executive to join our team at Calvin Klein in Hong Kong and Macau. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in administrative and store management duties, while also learning about the channel with the world's largest apparel and lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Retail Manager to fulfill administrative and store management duties, including preparing sales, KPI, and promotion-related performance reports.
  • Coordinate with retail stores to ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with the Global standard.
  • Provide and coordinate new product launch information to retail stores, collect product feedback, and work with the Buying team for future product development.
  • Oversee and manage inventory for stores to ensure a healthy and accurate stock level at all times.
  • Manage system operations, including stock transfer and promotion setting, and perform clerical and administrative support to retail shops.
  • Coordinate store projects, such as new store openings and renovations, including putting together retail comments for submission to the store development team.
  • Provide full-spectrum retail operational support to Hong Kong and Macau Calvin Klein Stores, including non-merchandises materials.
  • Coordinate and perform ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Customer-oriented, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, positive thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and proactive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Skilled at Windows Office software, especially Excel and Words.
