Senior Sales Professional

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships for Aon Hewitt. This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a defined sales strategy to drive business growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales revenue
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
Requirements
* University graduate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Employee Benefits or a related field
* Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
