We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team at E.C Technology Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to our VIP customers in the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective IT support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Respond to and resolve all types of incidents reported by VIP staff, from simple queries to complex technical issues.
- Fulfill all IT service requests raised by VIP staff, including hardware and software troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Prepare for and participate in meeting support as required, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services.
- Offer flexible IT support services at various locations, including outside the office, and at times requested by VIP staff, such as after hours or on bank holidays.
- A minimum of Higher Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in an I.T related field, with a strong background in VIP support.
- In-depth knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support, as well as Windows 7, 10, Apple OSX, Android, and iOS based applications.
- Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary, with shift allowance provided for shift duties.
