Job Title: Sales Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams in the Sales Department, including scheduling, leave administration, expenses claims, travel arrangements, and day-to-day activity coordination.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales/purchase orders, and relevant sales reports and presentations.
  • Create, maintain, and manage system records regularly and accurately.
  • Manage and organize logistics for international customer visits to the Hong Kong office.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Manage cellular SIM stock, including record-keeping and handling with the Logistics team for shipping to customers.
Person Specifications:
  • Diploma holder with around 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in MNCs and/or international exposure is preferable.
  • Previous experience in the Telecommunications/ICT industry is a definite advantage.
  • Fluent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English is a MUST, Mandarin is a PLUS.
  • Good command of PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word.
  • Independent, proactive, detail-minded, and well-organized.
