Job Overview

We are seeking an Underwriting Assistant to provide secretarial functions to our PCM team, including provision of accounting support, data input, system updating, and responding to underwriter/customer enquiries.

  • Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure accuracy and review procedures for continuous improvement, participating in daily administrative and coordination duties, responsible for policy issuance and cooperation with GZSS to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Applicants should hold a higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years of experience in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support preferred.
  • Prior experience with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written communication in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and typing speed is essential.
  • Able to work independently, as well as be a team player.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management, able to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks, and be responsive.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible, and patient.
