Facilities Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operation of our commercial buildings and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedules to minimize breakdowns and failures
  • Supervise and arrange for repair, maintenance, and replacement services
  • Main contact person for all technical service contractors
  • Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical teams and contractors
  • Handle defect rectification aspects
  • Housekeeping for all work documents, including quotations, checklists, completion sheets, and photo records
  • Coordinate with Facility Managers and Building Service Engineers to facilitate business needs
  • Work with various departments to fulfill customer procurement procedures and statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Service Engineering, or Facilities Management/Property Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B, which is an advantage)
  • Experience in commercial buildings is an advantage
  • Strong PC literacy for tender preparation and ability to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring systems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Hands-on knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management Scheduling, etc.
