Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with various stakeholders, including planning, contractor, engineers, and procurement, to ensure smooth execution of facility services and fitting out projects.
- Prepare and implement relevant method statements and working procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate Aggregation exchange projects, working closely with the planning team and contractor to provide professional advice and technical expertise.
- Manage on-site services and progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and control maintenance works on Aggregation exchange, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with vendors.
- Develop and review maintenance requirements and workflows with internal parties and service vendors.
- Assist the manager in administering the Data Centre & Network Implementation team.
- Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in E&M construction in the Data Centre / Telecommunications industry.
- Solid experience in handling electrical power and cooling related to infrastructure systems for Data Centre / Aggregation exchange.
- Good technical skills on E&M installation.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A / B, Certificated Data Center Professional (CDCP), or Certificated Data Center Facilities Operations Specialist (CDFOS) will be an advantage.
