About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at JLL. As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous Facilities Management services in support of our clients' business needs in a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring office facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage the FM Helpdesk system to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Assist in reporting and scheduling contractors for preventative maintenance to minimize downtime for critical equipment.
  • Deal with emergencies and arrange ad-hoc repairs as needed.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Assist in managing office equipment and environment, including arranging repairs and monitoring landscaping and cleaning services.
  • Evaluate contractors' service performance and provide feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good communication with clients and users.
  • Ensure Key Operations Procedures are followed to maintain service standards.
  • Issue purchase orders for operations and maintenance, receive and verify invoices, and allocate expenses.
  • Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients and users.
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and detail-minded with a cheerful and outgoing personality.
