HKT is seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to oversee the daily operation of facilities management within our premises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of efficient, safe, and cost-effective service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of facilities management, including commercial buildings, offices, data centers, and other premises.
  • Manage soft services and assist the technical team in managing planned maintenance, repair, and operations of designated buildings.
  • Act as a customer interface to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Supervise contractors' performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in property or facilities management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holder of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 PMP license is preferable.
  • Holder of an HK driving license is preferable.
