**Job Summary**

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing local and international events, as well as supporting the implementation of digital and offline marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in organizing conferences, seminars, customer networking events, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
  • Support the design and production of marketing materials, such as advertisements, corporate presentation materials, brochures, and electronic direct mail (EDM).
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event organizing, handling events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, target audience analysis, and campaign evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Working experience in the IT industry, telecom industry, or creative agency.
  • Knowledge of marketing software and tools, such as marketing automation platforms and social media management tools.
  • Fluency in English and Simplified Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
