About the Role:

Fusion Worldwide is expanding its global footprint to reach all corners of the world. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Specialist/Compliance Manager to support the development, implementation, and management of our APAC compliance program.

This individual will report to the Director of Global Export Compliance and Privacy in Singapore and be responsible for ensuring compliance with APAC regulations and laws, including privacy and trade compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program for APAC region
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders in APAC
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws in APAC and implement necessary changes to compliance program

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of US and APAC compliance experience in areas of privacy and trade compliance
  • Electronic components industry experience highly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or above
  • Proactive work attitude, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and a good team player
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
