Key Responsibilities

Sales Activity Planning and Execution:

  • Support the planning and coordination of global sales activities, including event preparations, execution, and budgeting (e.g., sales roadshows, sales missions, sales familiarization trips, and tradeshows).
  • Coordinate brand attendance at key partner or trade events.

Presentation Management:

  • Manage and standardize hotel-created sales presentations to showcase the brand and properties.
  • Train relevant teams on brand presentation tools.

Travel Partner Support:

  • Support key travel partner reservations and enquiries distributed to Head Office Sales.
  • Manage travel partner sales activities and profile updates in the global property management system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Digital Customer Experience & Marketing, and Brand Marketing and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieve annual hotel room budgets and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide administrative support to internal team members on travel schedules, expenses, and budgeting.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in hotel sales or travel service field

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, highly organized, and team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
