About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in emerging markets, particularly in ASEAN and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sensor applications in various industries and be able to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and meet sales targets in emerging markets.
- Buildeffective relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise, particularly in ASEAN and the Middle East.
- An engineering background or studies is a significant plus.
