Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical equipment and products on-site in hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly centers in Hong Kong.
  • Your primary responsibilities include performing installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of the company's range of medical equipment.
  • You will also conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive) to ensure systems are installed to full working capacity and operators are informed about operating and emergency procedures.
  • Additional duties involve providing technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes and maintaining accurate records of spare parts in the service ERP system.
  • Upholding safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 2+ years of technical/service/engineering experience in any products, preferably in machinery/equipment/devices, is necessary.
  • Experience within the medical, healthcare, or service-related sector is an advantage.
  • Field experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
  • Product training will be provided.
