The Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will report directly to our Senior Service Manager and work collaboratively with an experienced team of eight service engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical equipment and products on-site at hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly care facilities in Hong Kong.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of our comprehensive range of medical equipment.
  • Conduct routine scheduled servicing, including both preventative and reactive measures.
  • Ensure all systems are installed to full working capacity, and operators are informed about operating and emergency procedures.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts in our service ERP system.
  • Uphold safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of technical, service, or engineering experience in any products, preferably in machinery, equipment, or devices.
  • Experience within the medical, healthcare, or service-related sector is advantageous.
  • Field experience in healthcare or medical devices is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Product training will be provided.
