About the Role

SPS UK&I Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring timely execution and accurate invoicing.
  • Conduct regular site visits, provide support, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management:
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, workplace practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development:
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, building relationships with key players and clients.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and joint venture projects, driving business growth and expansion.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with 5+ years of experience in client account/operation management, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
