About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Commission-Based Luxury Asset Specialist. The successful candidate will leverage their existing network of high-net-worth individuals to sell premium artworks and luxury real estate to elite clientele.
Main Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing: Represent and sell premium artworks and luxury real estate to elite clientele, leveraging personal networks and industry relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new HNW, UHNW clients interested in investing in art, real estate, and luxury assets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with collectors, investors, and industry stakeholders to drive ongoing sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the luxury goods or services industry.
- Strong personal network of high-net-worth clients, collectors, and luxury buyers.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals ranging from $500,000 to $10 million or more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and HNW clients.
