This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing and executing Trade Marketing, VM, and E-commerce strategies. The primary focus will be to support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and implementing trade activation and promotion programs, managing VM developments and enhancements, and e-commerce platform maintenance to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and omni-channel business.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade activation and promotion programs
  • C coordinate the design, production, and delivery of marketing materials and visual merchandising (VM) materials according to brand guidelines and launch calendar
  • Organize on-counter or client events to attract and engage customers in a captivating manner
  • Ensure timely production of visual merchandising materials such as light boxes, outposts, tent cards, and counter visuals, obtaining necessary approvals from headquarters, supervisors, and retailers
  • Analyze post-campaign results and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with trade partners and actively negotiate brand exposure opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather timely feedback on trade promotions and customer insights, adapting strategies and plans when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven marketing experience in the beauty or retail industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in monitoring KPIs, tracking performance, and preparing reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in designing marketing materials and visual merchandising materials
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales growth, customer engagement, and online conversion rates
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends and a passion for the beauty sector
  • Good command of English & Putonghua
