The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across our Connections and Forum offerings. This includes supporting Account Managers on renewals and cross-sell opportunities, identifying and engaging inactive or potentially new users, and reiterating the value proposition of our services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement with clients and increase utilization of our services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Analyze client feedback and develop recommendations to improve our services and meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our services.
