Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, offering expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Assist investment teams and portfolio companies in formulating M&A strategies and executing transactions on a global scale.
- Collaborate on due diligence processes, financial analyses, and valuation assessments to assess potential transactions effectively.
- Provide expertise that extends beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as advisors, investors, and industry professionals.
- Oversee post-merger integration processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Demonstrated success with a strong track record in M&A advisory, private equity, or investment banking.
- At least 5 years' M&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- With a good understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
