Staffing and Benefits Administrator

A well-established architectural consultancy is seeking an HR professional to assist with various HR-related tasks.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering compensation and benefits, managing HR databases, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Main Duties- Perform payroll calculations, manage attendance records, and complete ad-hoc projects;
- Update and maintain HR databases to ensure accuracy;
- Verify compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition;
- Process monthly billing for site staff to avoid delays.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in construction or engineering;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages;
- Familiarity with IPL is an asset;
- Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability preferred.
