Job Summary:

This role will assist the business line department in providing administrative support related to employee benefits schemes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Employee Benefits, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Report member changes to underwriters.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide professional customer service.
  • Ensure tasks adhere to internal and external agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor administrative processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Form 7/DSE or above with minimum 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits.
  • FLMI or LOMA certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
