Key Responsibilities:

  • Policymaking: Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive HR policies, ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and regulatory requirements.
  • Compensation Management: Develop and execute annual salary and benefits programs, including merit increases, promotions, and benchmarking surveys.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Lead annual benefits renewals and insurance processes, guaranteeing alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic analytical reports for leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and financial sector regulations.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) within multinational corporations or financial institutions.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in English.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
