Compensation and Incentives Coordinator

About the Job:
We are seeking a Compensation and Incentives Coordinator to join our team in APAC. This role will be responsible for supporting compensation processes, improving practices, and communicating changes to compensation and benefit activities to the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a retail environment. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support compensation processes and improve practices – compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etc.
- Partner, coordinate, and communicate with third-party providers (brokers and vendors) on benefits issues, invoice payments & subsequent payment queries.
- Communicate any changes to compensation and benefit activities to the wider business.
