About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Technology Manager to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. In this key position, you will be responsible for leading business and user requirement analysis, ensuring seamless communication among users and IT units, and driving effective project implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional support to business users, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee IT project implementation, monitoring progress, and resolving any project-related issues that may arise.
  • Manage project budgets and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in risk analysis for new product launches, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigating strategies.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in Corporate Banking or Global Custodian Services.
  • Familiarity with system development life cycles, data flow, and UAT processes is essential.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, willing to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin being a plus.
