Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate social media content and digital assets across channels in keeping with the brand image of the company
  • Craft clear and engaging copy within a distinct brand voice across a range of written materials
  • Foster a community on our social media platforms by responding to comments, engaging with other accounts, etc.
  • Prepare and conduct regular market research and analysis; monitor and track our social media channels
  • Aid in public and media relations, marketing activities, support and execution and to promote the companies, events, and strengthen brand image
  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure successful execution of the marketing/pr plan
  • Ensure internal systems and records are up to date
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Photograph and video key events (may require working on weekends on occasion)
  • Design and create various event decor items (i.e. backdrops, menus, posters, etc.) as well as mock-ups of events to present to clients
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as needed
