Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full range of company secretarial duties, preparing necessary documents and filings, maintaining and updating statutory records, and attending to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private companies;
- Preparing all necessary documents and filings;
- Maintaining and updating statutory records;
- Attending to client inquiries;
- Coordinating with other teams to meet client needs;
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline;
- 3-5 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm;
- Familiarity with industry laws and regulations, especially the Companies Ordinance;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Independent, proactive, detail-minded, and hardworking;
- Willingness to work in a technology-based and fast-paced environment.
