Our Wealth Sales Distribution Team
We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Wealth Sales Distribution team as Prestige Private Insurance Sales Specialists. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving the insurance business by identifying and capturing insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up to deepen HASE customer penetration, particularly among high net worth and mainland customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying and capturing insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up to deepen HASE customer penetration, particularly among high net worth and mainland customer segments.
- Deliver total retirement planning solutions to prestige customers of HASE, focusing on mainlander and top-tier customer segments.
- Assist CRMs/ECRMs to identify customers' financial needs on retirement and legacy planning to provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Explore and expand customer base for insurance products.
- Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure.
Requirements
- University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP qualifications advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years insurance sales experience; universal life insurance policy expertise beneficial.
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2, and 3 required; HKSI Paper 1, 7, and 8 preferred).
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua preferred.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.
- Strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Curiosity and passion for thinking deeply and rationally.
- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services.
