About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to manage various aspects of human resources. Your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, and general administration. You will also assist in the management of our Casual Labor Management System (CLMS).

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment: Assist in recruitment and selection processes, coordinate interviews, and maintain talent databases in systems.
  2. Employee Relations: Participate in HR duties including employee relations, staff activities, and company events.
  3. General Administration: Responsible for daily general administration duties, including maintaining accurate causal staff data and attendance records, performance evaluations, and coordinating with casual labor agencies.
  4. Ad Hoc Assignments: Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations.
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered at Assistant Human Resources Officer level.
