Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Front Office Onboarding and Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across multiple business units and operational leaders to scale the onboarding process. This includes owning the onboarding process for investment teams end to end, ensuring overall PM onboarding satisfaction, and communicating the status to internal parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to scale the onboarding process
  • Owning the onboarding process for investment teams end to end
  • Ensure overall PM onboarding satisfaction
  • Communicate the status to internal parties
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to closure
  • Maintain PM onboarding databases
  • Support the Business Development team through participation in prospective client presentations and strategy

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the full trade lifecycle
  • Presentable, confident, and PM-focused with PM-facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with incoming PMs in a confident manner
  • Ability to understand and translate business problems into working solutions
  • 3-5 years of experience as part of a Prime Broker desk or front office onboarding
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Experience with multiple asset classes
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
