Job Summary

Aptitude Asia is seeking a skilled FIX Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Bank IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity between our trading platforms and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement FIX connectivity solutions to support cash equity and swap trading platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage system implementation and upgrade projects, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Manage connectivity requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in equity front office IT.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in OMS, preferably Fidessa Trading Platform.
  • Strong background in FIX protocol and applications, preferably ULLink client connectivity and order routing platform.
  • Proficiency in JAVA programming.
  • Clear understanding of cash trading and swap order flow life cycle.
  • Familiarity with trading system workflows for high-touch and low-touch (DMA and Algo) trading.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
