Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

Job Description

As the first point of contact for guests, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a diploma in Hotel studies, with at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations. They must possess excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), be energetic, passionate, cheerful, and hospitable in nature, and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum diploma in Hotel studies.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations area. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Personality: Energetic, passionate, cheerful, and hospitable personality.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude.
