Senior Account Services Product Manager

As a core member of the Cash Product team at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, you have two primary responsibilities:
- Product Management of the Account Services, Liabilities & Liquidity Management (LM) Product Suite
- Product Commercialisation & Strategic Initiatives
- Liquilities
- Manage P&L of liabilities product portfolio.
- Develop and execute product/pricing strategy to grow deposits and market share.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for liabilities product development and commercialization.
- Partner with data analytics to identify growth opportunities and enhance cross-sell.
- Manage account services, legal documentation, and product issues.
- Drive campaigns and commercialization activities with marketing.
- Liquidity Management (LM)
- Manage P&L of LM product portfolio.
- Formulate value proposition and lead new LM product rollouts.
- Execute LM strategy to acquire new mandates and customers.
- Manage LM product pricing, positioning, and client presentations.
- Engage sales and relationship managers to develop LM deals pipeline.
- Manage LM product T&C negotiation with clients.
- Ensure timely delivery, commercialization, and implementation of LM products and services.
- Conduct user testing and verification for LM solutions.
- Undertake competitor analysis and establish LM product positioning strategy.
- Ensure LM product capabilities are communicated across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in areas of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related majors preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in product development and commercialisation.
- Knowledge in Account Services, Liabilities and Liquidity Management product.
- Knowledge of China cash management regulations / experience of having implemented Cross-border LM solutions with China would be a plus.
- Strong data analytical skills with ability to identify trends, make business conclusions and provide actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication, relationship & people skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence stakeholders to take actions.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin would be preferred.
