Job Overview

As a Vietnamese Speaking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by facilitating connections between our clients and industry specialists. Following a comprehensive training phase, where you will refine your skills in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating relevant experts, you will begin to manage your own portfolio of clients. Your role will involve extensive communication, both with clients to ascertain their specific needs and with industry professionals to ensure the best possible match.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and identify the most suitable experts to assist them.
  • Provide exceptional client service by being a responsive, insightful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry specialists through phone outreach to determine their fit for client needs.
  • Negotiate and coordinate expert availability for client consultations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • After a few months, you will be responsible for the ongoing performance of your client portfolio, continually assessing how our offerings can best support their research objectives.

Professional Development

At Third Bridge, we are dedicated to fostering growth and development from day one. Our extensive onboarding program includes both classroom instruction and practical experience, equipping you with the essential knowledge of our business, client perspectives, and effective strategies for engaging experts across various sectors.

You will learn to identify industry specialists and enhance your communication skills to effectively engage with senior professionals.

Typically, after 4 to 6 months, you will have mastered Specialist Management and will advance to our Client Engagement Learning Program, where you will take on responsibilities related to client relationship management and project oversight. This will include engaging with investors and management consultants, driving business outcomes, and leading project teams.

Potential Career Progression

Your advancement to a Senior Associate role will be based on your performance achievements. At this stage, you will have the option to choose your career path:

  • Manager Track, where you will participate in our Emerging Leaders program to develop leadership capabilities and pursue a Connections Manager position.
  • Client Development Track, where you will further enhance your client engagement skills and unlock increased bonus opportunities.

You will focus on:

  • Building Relationships: Expanding your network and establishing connections with clients and industry experts by delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Account Growth: Gaining insights into client workflows and long-term strategies to proactively enhance account performance.
  • Commercial Acumen: Navigating corporate structures and understanding key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and engage with experts effectively.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Developing skills in persuasion and negotiation to effectively pitch to senior executives and facilitate expert-client interactions.
  • Time Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Enhancing interpersonal skills through collaboration and knowledge sharing to develop sourcing strategies for client requests.
