Job Overview
As a Vietnamese Speaking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue by facilitating connections between our clients and industry specialists who can provide valuable insights. Following a comprehensive training period, you will develop expertise in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating suitable industry experts, ultimately managing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client requirements and identify the most suitable experts to meet their needs. Provide exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner. Communicate with industry specialists to determine their fit for client projects. Negotiate with experts to secure their availability for client consultations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. After several months, you will take charge of the ongoing performance of your client portfolio, understanding their research needs and how our services can best support them.Professional Development

You will also gain insights into identifying industry experts and enhancing your communication skills to engage effectively with senior professionals.
Typically, after 4 to 6 months, you will have mastered Specialist Management and will progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme, where you will take on responsibilities related to client relationship management and project oversight. You will learn to engage with clients in investment and management consulting, drive business outcomes, and lead project delivery teams.

You will also learn to persuade clients to connect with the experts you identify as ideal fits for their research needs.
Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and adapting to changing client requests. Prioritization and context switching are essential in our fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder Management: Enhance your interpersonal skills through collaboration with colleagues to share knowledge and develop sourcing strategies for client requests.
Required Qualifications
The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to handle multiple requests daily with tight deadlines and high standards, necessitating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients and a diverse range of industry experts, necessitating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to adapt your communication style. Your projects will cover various industries and geographies, requiring a high-level understanding of each. A passion for learning and the ability to quickly grasp key information is essential for identifying the right experts for each project. An interest in financial markets and the operational environment of our clients is crucial, as this may involve ongoing and frequent projects. Our services are in high demand, and we seek individuals who thrive in a hands-on, high-performance, results-oriented role and are motivated to exceed client expectations. Teamwork is vital; you will collaborate with colleagues both locally and internationally on project execution.
