About the Role

Associate, Client Service, Vietnamese Speaker

Snaphunt is seeking a highly skilled Associate, Client Service (Vietnamese Speaker) to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert insights and solutions to inform their decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Expert Sourcing: Identify and recruit experts with the relevant skills and expertise to meet client needs, often under tight deadlines.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand the market context, legal and regulatory environment, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Education: Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Vietnamese or C2 level is required; foreign language skills are desired.
  • Experience: Relevant internship experience and noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
