The Role

We are seeking an Associate, Client Service (Vietnamese Speaker) to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Associate, you will be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting experts who are uniquely relevant matches for our clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate.
  • Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate with strong academic credentials, noteworthy extracurricular achievements, relevant internship experience, and fluency in English and Vietnamese or C2 level. Foreign language skills are also desired.
