Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join our team at Third Bridge. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and experts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and experts to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent service delivery.
  • Expert Network Management: Identify, build, and maintain a network of experts who can provide valuable insights and solutions to our clients.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native Japanese language skills and fluency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and experts.
  • Academic Background: Strong academic credentials or a proven background in a customer-focused role.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: A base salary of HK$288,000 rising to HK$325,000 after 12 months.
  • Vacation and Leave: 15 days of vacation, increasing to 20 days after 2 years of service, plus 2 annual volunteer days and 2 personal days.
  • Learning and Development: A personal development allowance of HKD 8,250 per year, which can be used for any learning programs.
