About the Role

The Client Services Senior Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support to clients in the region. This includes working closely with sales and relationship managers to develop and maintain a strong understanding of client portfolios and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client queries, working collaboratively with internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Partner with the Client Transitions CoE to ensure smooth on- and off-boarding of clients and distributors.
  • Deliver client communications on regular and key events, working with internal business partners to agree messaging and timing.
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated with all relevant client interaction and communicate with sales and relationship teams on issues and developments.
  • Maintain accurate databases of client and portfolio information and documentation for use by the broader business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in institutional client service in the asset management industry.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and think analytically.
