Job Summary:

Third Bridge Connections is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and connecting industry specialists with our clients, who are top-tier Private Equity Funds, Management Consulting firms, and other leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Research team in identifying and recruiting industry experts to facilitate consultations between specialists and clients.
  • Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with clients at short notice, scheduling calls as soon as possible, while operating within our industry-leading compliance framework.
  • Use external tools to identify relevant individuals for 1:1 consultations with clients.
  • Make cold calls to experts to explain the opportunity and persuade them to participate in consultations.
  • Arrange for interpreters and assist specialists in completing pre-consultation processes.
  • Keep accurate records of communications using our intranet systems.

Requirements:

  • Year 4/Final year students or recent graduates who can commit to a full-time internship.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Work timings: 9:00 to 06:00 HKT.
  • Motivated self-starter, organized, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to adapt communication style effectively.
  • Strong academic credentials or client-facing experience is essential.
